• About us

Welcome to Auxilium Homes, and we’re glad you found our site. Whether you’re here to get a better return on your money, get time back with your own hands-free property investment, or just interested in UK property, you’ve come to the right place.

Below is a bit about our business, what we do in the world of property and how we achieve our market leading results.

Auxilium Homes specialise in development of run-down and below-market value property, bringing these up to the ceiling price of the area and adding value to make a safe, substantial and timely return for our investors.

Through our model we offer our investors a hands-free method to invest in property, which far exceeds the returns from alternate investment streams, does not tie up our clients’ money as bonds do, and can work as a passive income stream to provide more cash in your pocket.

We are Midlands based but have key contacts we work closely with throughout the UK to take advantage of the capital growth in all areas, and to cater to a wide range of investors.

We source our property through a variety of methods, using estate agents, deal packagers in our property network, auctions and direct to vendor strategies to ensure that every property is purchased significantly below the RICS market valuation.

As part of a National Landlord’s Network, we have access to below trade price materials, and using our trusted teams of builders we sell our developments on 4 to 8 months after purchase.

Our mission statement is to beat the poor interest rates offered by other investment streams, take advantage of capital growth in property, and maximize potential return from an investment. We aim to give our clients a substantial passive income stream, and make your cash work for you so that you have more of it.

Meet the Managing Director of Auxilium Homes

Paul Ambler has 17 years of property experience since he and his wife Sarah started their property journey by renovating their first family home in 2001 nearly doubling its value.  He has continued to develop a multi-million property portfolio through investing in below market value property developing them into a high yielding buy-to-let portfolio, a strategy which he continues today. In addition to this he has experience in large residential renovations, light refurbishments and negotiating off-plan property purchases.

Paul’s key strengths include developing authentic client relationships and securing mutual financial growth for both parties a skill he developed during his corporate career that spans over 20 years and was achieved at some of the biggest blue chip FMCG companies in the world across a variety of functions.
